
Kevin Richman
Vice President of Client Experience
Kevin is the Vice President of Client Experience at C2 Private Wealth, where he leads initiatives to ensure clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their financial journey.
Prior to joining C2, Kevin served as Vice President of Customer Experience at a technology startup focused on modernizing the public information ecosystem. In that role, he developed scalable products, services, and processes.
Before entering the private sector, Kevin spent twelve years working across international and federal agencies, including positions in Paris, France with the OECD and in Washington, D.C. There, he partnered with international governments and the U.S. federal government on projects involving innovation, citizen-centered services, customer experience, leadership, data analytics, and communications.
Kevin and his wife, Beth, recently relocated from the suburbs of Washington, D.C., to the wine country just outside Portland, Oregon. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him caring for their property and the many farm animals that came along with it when they purchased the land.
