About Our Internship Program
The C2 Internship Program is designed for students who want to learn and contribute in a high-performing work environment where care, accountability, and ownership are the standard. Interns are given meaningful responsibilities from day one and are expected to think critically, ask questions, and deliver work that meets professional standards.
Our goal at C2 is to provide a world class internship experience. Each intern is paired with a mentor, participates in an internal Lunch & Learn series on markets, planning, and firm operations, and completes a capstone project that addresses a real business challenge. The program provides hands-on experience and the opportunity to learn quickly.
Interns are placed in one of the following areas based on interest and skill set:
- Marketing
- Trading Operations
- Planning
- Client Service
- Data Analysis & Operations
Past interns have launched marketing campaigns, enhanced planning workflows, and built internal reporting tools that improved firm-wide decision-making.
Who We’re Looking For
- Current college juniors or seniors (any major welcome)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accountability for results
- Clear, thoughtful communicator
- Eager to learn in a rigorous, professional setting
We welcome students from all majors who are curious about how an RIA business works and eager to learn by doing meaningful work that contributes to the team.
