About Our Internship Program

The C2 Internship Program is designed for students and recent graduates who want to learn and contribute in a high-performing work environment where care, accountability, and ownership are the standard.

Interns are given meaningful responsibilities and hands-on experience while working alongside experienced professionals. Each intern is paired with a mentor and has opportunities to learn about tax, financial planning, investments, and firm operations.

Our goal is to provide valuable internship experience that allows interns to develop their professional skills, gain real-world experience, and contribute directly to the team.

Schedule & Work Environment

This internship is designed to provide significant hands-on training and direct exposure to tax planning and preparation for High Net Worth Individuals. Interns should expect to spend substantial time working in our Novi office, particularly during the initial training period.

We believe in-person experience is an important part of learning and professional development. Interns should be willing and able to commute to our Novi office approximately three days per week to work directly with the team, receive hands-on training, and take advantage of learning and development opportunities.

Candidates with prior tax preparation and professional work experience may have the opportunity to transition to a more flexible hybrid schedule after successfully completing their initial training period, based on performance and business needs.

Weekend work is not required; however, optional weekend hours may be available during peak tax season for interns interested in additional hours and hands-on experience.

The internship is initially expected to run through April 15, 2027. Opportunities to extend the internship beyond April 15 may be available based on the intern’s availability, performance, and the needs of the firm.
